Sunnybanks is a unique home in the Tasmanian landscape. At first glance, it appears to be a traditional masonry construction with insulating glazing units, however, its leading technology in wall blocks, renewable energy, triple glazing, thermal storage mass, and green roof garden makes it a landmark home.
